Restart: #HANnovativ - Heat.Water.Management

In the context of climate adaptation, the focus is on reducing heat stress for citizens through adapted neighborhood design in Hanover. For urban development planning, the neighborhood- and measure-specific evaluation of individual measures is therefore an important component of strategic integral planning as part of the strategic mission statement development. As part of #HANnovativ measure 3, the sensitivity of the technical design and operation of the BGI measures to factors dominating heat stress such as air temperature, humidity, evaporation, radiation intensity, etc. are to be determined for selected BGI measures and architectural types (courtyard, street, square) using the PALM model system.
