The weather room at the Institute of Meteorology and Climatology at Leibniz Universität Hannover serves as an information center for students to prepare weather forecasts and as a forum for weather discussions. Six monitors continuously display meteorological data and cloud camera images. The NinJo Workstation program for visualizing and editing meteorological data, whose client can be operated on a PC in the weather room, is also an indispensable aid in preparing the weather forecasts.
